During the winter months we offer snow removal contracts on a trace for commercial and residential properties. We also offer à la carte snow removal on an hourly “first come, first served” basis, if you do not want to set up a monthly contract. Services include parking lot clearing, sanding, de-icing, snow removal and snow push and pile.
Townhomes, Condominiums & Apartments
We will clear ruts, snowdrifts, and visitor parking while tenants are at work. Building managers must inform tenants about the snow removal or we cannot clear the area around residents’ cars.
As business owners, we understand the need to have your property cleared when it becomes too much for you to handle. We will have it done before it even becomes an issue.
We ensure that the facilities are prepped for the weekends and holidays.
If you and a neighbouring property have a space that needs to be cleared, we offer a special rate when we are on-site.
Dealerships & Rental Parking Lots
We are very proud of our partnership with Driving Force, as they trust us to remove the snow on and around all vehicles with a collision-free record for the past five years.
Retail Plazas, Grocery Stores & Malls
We make sure that sidewalks, curbs and parking lots are safe for daily business.
We clear parking lots in the late evening to give you peace of mind when coming into work in the morning.
Schools & Daycares
We take care of this during the evening for the early morning start.
